Who we are
Camel Solutions provides truck dispatch services to owner-operators and small fleets. This policy explains what information we handle when you use www.camelsolutions.io or work with us. Questions: JR@camelsolutions.io.
What this website collects
This website has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. The contact and dispatch-plan forms do not send anything to our servers: when you press submit, your own email app opens with a pre-written message, and nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.
What you send us
When you email us or become a client, we receive the details you choose to share—typically your name, company, phone, email, MC and DOT numbers, equipment, preferred lanes, insurance certificates and W-9, and load paperwork such as rate confirmations and bills of lading.
How we use it
We use your information only to provide dispatch services: finding and booking loads you approve, completing broker carrier packets, handling check calls and paperwork, and communicating with you. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
To book and manage loads we share the necessary carrier and load details with the brokers and shippers you choose to work with, and with your factoring company if you ask us to. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as we work together and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting, legal and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing JR@camelsolutions.io.
Security
We limit access to client information to the people who need it to dispatch your trucks and use reputable, access-controlled systems to store it.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
