Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2, 2026
About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and describe how Camel Solutions works with carriers. When you become a client, the dispatch agreement we sign together sets out the specific services, fees and notice period, and takes priority over these general terms.
What we do
Camel Solutions is a dispatch service provider, not a motor carrier, freight broker or shipper. All loads are booked under the client's own motor carrier authority, and the carrier remains responsible for the transportation, its drivers, equipment, insurance and regulatory compliance.
Your decisions
We never force dispatch. We present loads, negotiate rates and make recommendations, but you approve every load before it is booked and you can decline any load.
No guarantees
Freight markets change daily. We work to find well-paying loads and to recover detention and TONU where applicable, but we cannot guarantee load availability, specific rates, revenue, or that a broker or shipper will pay.
Fees
Fees are agreed in writing before we start—usually a percentage of gross load revenue or a flat weekly fee—and are set out in your dispatch agreement.
Ending the relationship
There are no long-term contracts. Either side can end the relationship with the notice period stated in the dispatch agreement.
Website content
Information on this website is general and may change. Example loads shown on the site illustrate how we work and are not live offers.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Camel Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of brokers, shippers, receivers or other third parties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
